Can words describe the fragrance of the very breath of spring?

It's been a roller-coaster lately.

Did write a post a while ago but never published it simply because there was nothing new, nothing spectacular to share. I felt like a water reservoir and ate and ate and ate and ate until I was quite certain I would never be able to look at food again-- at least until the end of my life.

I tried the most unusual combinations--
tomatoes with walnuts
and sardines with butter and raisins
and kiwifruit fried in butter and breadcrumbs
and cheese cubes dipped in Dijon mustard
and cheese cubes with red pepper dipped in Dijon mustard
and cheese cubes with red pepper and olives dipped in Dijon mustard..

Thank goodness that period's over.
Getting back on track now.

  3. Cheese and mustard is a good combination, I usually have it on crackers. Putting peppers with it would be interesting. Hmmm. . .

  5. Haha can really relate to those weird combinations by the way.. I like eating apple with peanut butter, and everytime i do i get weird looks from people haha ;)

  6. Mustard is good, it goes well on lots of things :) I go through those eating phases too, you can always tell when they are done.
