I'm going to have lunch right now, then I'll read your blogs and catch up on your latest posts- at least that way I won't have time to think about food and snacks (that's my true downfall-- snacking on anything and everything at random times-- I would ask you what your temptation is, but that would only make you think about what you usually crave-- and, as we all know, it always starts with the tiniest thought-- so, stop thinking about whatever you started thinking of right now :). Hmm, my stomach's growling, and the sound's strangely comforting.
Do you happen to know any good home exercises for losing the belly fat? The "tire" (as we call it here) around my hipbones is something I should really work on.
Here is some 'relaxing' thinspo for today
(that made me smile- love you Camille!):
Have a wonderful day, my loves!
And I know you will, because, right now...
... (maybe remind yourself of the dream or think of all the beautiful things around you-- the small things that make you happy) and smile!
Love you so very much, sweethearts!
Have a lovely day!
Lu.
your intakes look really good lately! I'm not an exercise guru, but I know cardio is the best way to burn fat and building muscle is the best way to keep fat off. So try to keep a good combination of the two.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jackie, your intakes are awesome! If you worked out, you'd easily be able to fit in small dinner meal!
ReplyDeleteAlthough, I know how you feel. A growling stomach feels so empowering and calming. I love it!!
You're amazing! I'm amazing! We should be amazing together! Oh wait, we are!
I really hope you don't mind that I had borrowed a few of your "inspiring quotes" pictures! I had saved them in a folder with a bunch I got off Tumblr, so I don't remember which ones were yours or not. :)
ReplyDeleteI really like your title- that's so true too! Snacking is one of my biggest downfalls as well- I always snack when I'm bored and pretty soon, that snacking has turned into me eating a crap ton of food! I don't mind telling you my temptations because they aren't any in my house nor do I have any money to buy them- so I'm safe...for now! Well, sweets and bread are what gets me the most. Anything chocolate too. I love cereals of all sorts and peanut butter. Those are my temptations- I really don't crave salty things, or things like pizza or chips... I have no cravings for them whatsoever. I just wish my cravings for breads and sweets would leave me and never come back!
♥
So nice to see you back doll! Thanks for the lovely comment the other day, it really cheered me up. :D Okay, for tummy stuff, I do a lot of abwork. Like sit ups, side sit ups, reverse curls, bicycles, and general sultry dancing in my room. Much love!
