I apologize I've been gone for a little while; it was that time of the month for me, and I'm usually incredibly pessimistic and miserable the week before (the complete opposite of my usual self), and then simply bloated and disgusted with myself during my period, so I made no plans, had no expectations, just told myself it'd make me happy if I managed to stay under 60 kg. The suffering will, however, be over by tomorrow so Lu is really working hard on getting her old determination back!
As I'm Catholic and-- I admit-- have never been too successful in giving anything up for Lent, I decided that (three cheers for me) this year will be different. I chose to give up my evening meals, which, as I hope, will help me train my willpower. So yes- I haven't been eating anything after 5pm since Wednesday and it's really getting easier every day. Snacking while watching TV at night has always been my biggest downfall, and I'm really hoping to break this habit during these 40 days. Best of luck to me, right? ;)
