You know, we gain the strength of the temptation we resist.

Yes, my loves, I'm back in reality land now :)
So far, I've had a test every day this week and two more to take
tomorrow morning before I can enjoy the weekend; such a warm
welcome to college after the break, I know.
At least it's Friday tomorrow.

52 kg (114.64 lbs) today, but...
I have a mandatory dorm meeting tonight
and there'll be pizza...and I know I'll have a slice.

But tomorrow, tomorrow will be great.
Lots of love and strength to you all,

Lu.

  7. Audrey Hepburn was an amazing woman and i love that quote as well as Drew Barrymore's.

It's really awesome to hear that you've realized that you'll probably have a slice of pizza tonight but instead of beating yourself up about it you're looking forward to tomorrow and making that a fabulous day. That kind of positivity is really inspiring.

Gaaah, tests first week back? sounds like toooooons of fun :( haha. I'm sure you're enjoying yourself anyway :)

  8. Whoa, first week back to uni and you're already loaded with tests? Goodness! -__- What's great it, you already know there's going to be pizza so you've prepared for it, which is a great thing when it comes to preventing binges. You're no dreading the pizza (or at least I don't think you are ^^) and you're not trying to find a way to get out of it, you're accepting life & food as it comes instead of letting food control you. That's strength ♥

  12. Heart-wrenchingly beautiful posts as always, honey. Keep up the good work, it seems like you are on the right track ! Oh, and keep posting those messages of hope like drew barrymore's and so, they make me believe, make me full of hope and wonder, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

    Lots of love,
