My mom made pizza yesterday. I was good all day, ate the one slice of pizza I allowed myself for lunch, and then, stupid me, when she asked if I wanted to finish the pizza for dinner, I said yes, not knowing there were two big slices left-- and so I had to eat them. It pushed me back, but today I'll be a lot wiser with my food. This is the plan (just had breakfast):
breakfast: a cup of coffee with a little bit of milk (20 cal)
lunch: spiral pasta and vegetables salad (280 cal)
We can do this: today will be a good day.
