Today marks the beginning of my 30 day liquid diet challenge.
I'm focused, I'm strong. After all, I'm the determined girl, right?
Diet coke and 2 cigarettes for breakfast.
45 minutes of yoga at noon.
Coffee, diet coke and 2 cigarettes for lunch.
60 minutes on the elliptical as a study break.
60 minutes of spinning in the evening.
2 cigarettes for dinner.
(hm, I see a pattern here)
I can honestly say I missed the feeling of nothingness inside me; the emptiness in my stomach is cheering me on, and I'm proud I did so well today. The real challenge will be to make it through tonight, not thinking of food. But I can do this, and tomorrow will be just as good.

It's always difficult to get back on track, but we're no quitters. Giving up at the beginning of the race is not an option! Tomorrow will be amazing!
