It's so much harder to avoid food during the weekend- there are two meals a day and a suspicious roommate. So easy on a weekday because of our different schedule. 'Yes, I already had lunch, no, I'm not going to dinner, I ate too much today'. Sigh.
Brunch today- broccoli cheese soup, potatoes, scrambled eggs and some salsa.
(maybe around 500 calories total, yes...)
Dinner today- had some coffee already and I'll try to avoid food, but I might just have some vegetables because I'll just HAVE to go to dinner.
And, yes, I did step on my scale in the morning and it showed 57.9 kg (127.6 lbs), although-- after eating so much later at brunch, I really don't feel like weighing myself to find out how that changed.
I know Keira Knightley's already become a cliché, but I love her anyway.. she just looks so normal all the time. And so skinny... so beautiful. Let tomorrow bring happiness and success: have a wonderful evening, sweethearts.
